This delicious Guatemalan micro lot is roasted by Zelie Beans Coffee. Ethically sourced from the rich volcanic soils of Yepocapa, and grown on a 3rd generation family coffee farm. The coffee beans are washed and patio dried.
The specialty green coffee beans are selected by Zelie Beans Roaster Joseph Mastrangelo.
“I am super excited to be working with Yepocapa and having this Micro Lot from Don Luis. He is the 3rd generation working his family farm. He is hoping to leave his family farm more sustainable for the 4th and 5th generation. I hope to be able to help to him make that happen.
In order to do this, we will be working with him and his family to increase quality and quantity in the upcoming years.”
This coffee has distinct character with notes of chocolate, citrus, and honey.
