Fazenda Santa Mariana has 134 hectares of which 65 hectares are dedicated to coffee plantation where they grow the varieties Mundo Novo, Catuai, Icatu, Catucai and Bourbon. The farm produces 48 bags/ha with an annual production of 3,120 bags.
