Ismael Recinos pays meticulous attention to his growing and harvesting processes at Finca La Benedición, and the results shine through., placing 2nd in the 2015 El Salvador Cup of Excellence competition. This Pacamara crop is hand picked, depulped, and dried on raised beds for 13-20 days, producing a small lot of just over 200 lbs of green coffee, which we acquired in its entirety. We are fortunate to work with great importing partners that allow us to feature some remarkable coffees from very small producers who otherwise would have no way to reach the American specialty coffee market.
